When I first started training, I spent a long time doubting whether I should even buy gear online. Stores have a limited selection, while online there are many options, but it’s hard to know what will actually suit you. I remember looking for a headguard and gloves for the first time — comparing materials, size charts, and coaches’ advice — and still worrying that something uncomfortable would arrive in the end.
